Transaction Announcement - Nordica Plastics Ltd.
Mississauga, ON, October 2025: Distinct Capital Partners Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Nordica Plastics Ltd. (“Nordica” or the “Company”) by a strategic investor, Raj Mathur, a seasoned entrepreneur in the plastic injection molding industry.
Founded in 1984 by Carmine Santarelli and his late father Giovanni Santarelli, Nordica is a custom plastic injection moulding and tool manufacturer including the manufacturer of an innovative product line of car-care products called Detail Guardz. Distinct Capital Partners was successful in identifying a strategic investor who will not only help drive growth but will also maintain the family legacy. Carmine will remain a shareholder and will continue to have an active and meaningful role in the business as it moves forward.
Distinct Capital Partners Inc. was engaged by the shareholders of Nordica, to source a purchaser for the Company. Pursuant to its mandate, Distinct Capital identified the purchaser, assisted with the valuation, due diligence and negotiations to successfully complete the transaction.
